If you can sign in
Open your account settings in Satisfy Home or on this site. You can close your account there, or ask us to delete your data.
Closing your account signs you out and stops you signing in again. Nothing is deleted, and we can reopen it. Deleting your data cannot be undone.
If you cannot sign in
Contact us and we will close your account or delete your data for you. We will ask you to confirm who you are first.
What we delete
- Your name, phone number, and address
- Your sign-in and access to the portal
- Anything you wrote to us, and our chat history with you
- Documents and photographs you uploaded
- Your identity document itself
- Notifications to your devices
What we keep, and why
We keep the following to meet our legal and tax obligations, to honor your opt-outs, and to defend legal claims.
- Payments and what they were for
- Agreements you signed
- That your identity was verified, and when
- Your marketing preferences and any opt-out
